A free technical support is available to all Nomatica customers up to 28 days after reception of their order. E-mail us at info@nomatica.com or call +44 (0)16 1884 0065 7am-5pm GMT Monday to Friday with you order reference, name and ZIP code.

Report a late delivery
If you have received a shipping confirmation email and the package has not arrived when you expected, please contact info@nomatica.com, or alternatively call +44 (0)16 1884 0065.

Cancel an order
To cancel your order please send an email quoting your order reference and reason for cancelling to info@nomatica.com, or alternatively call +44 (0)16 1884 0065. You do not have the right to cancel an order where we have informed you that we are buying the goods in exclusively for you. Please note that orders can not be cancelled after dispatch.

Returning faulty or damaged goods
The different scenarios for returns are detailed in our terms and conditions at point 9.0. We recommend that you read them carefully before you send your device back to us. In any case, please contact our Customer Service Help Desk for more information on +44 (0)16 1884 0065 or by e-mail to info@nomatica.com.

In the case of a repair under warranty, we strongly advise that you contact the manufacturer first. This procedure will certainly be faster and you will get your device repaired faster. You will find below a list of addresses and contacts:

Important Note: Nomatica give manufacturers phone numbers and e-mail/URL addresses to help its customers. However, Nomatica will not be responsible for the expenses occured by the customer resulting from calls and/or connections to such phone numbers/e-mail/URL.

Returning unwanted/not faulty goods
In accordance with the provisions of article 6 and in compliance with the Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, the Consumer is entitled to a fourteen (14) day retraction period starting from the date he/she receives the product(s) to return any item that may not suit his/her needs. Products must be, preferably, in original packaging and in good condition in order to be resold. The Customer will be allowed to choose between having the returned goods replaced with another reference or receiving a refund without any penalty, with the exception of return fees. The Consumer is therefore entitled to a fourteen (14) day period to inform Nomatica that it is his or her wish to cancel his or her order and to obtain an RMA number from the Customer Care department.
